Which courier do we use? Since opening G&P, we have trialled several different couriers and have concluded that Royal Mail offers the best service for our needs.

How long will my items take to be delivered? As standard, we offer free (UK only) 48-hour tracked delivery, but if you're anything like us and hate waiting for a delivery, we also offer Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery - by 1 pm' for an additional cost.

When will my order be dispatched? A couple of reasons can affect this timeframe, the first being that we aim to dispatch orders in the earlier half of the week to avoid your stickies becoming stranded at a sorting office over the weekend. The second reason for any delay is the weather/ temperature. Despite including 72-hour heat packs with every Live order during the colder months, they are only effective above a certain temperature. In cases like this, we will delay dispatching your order and notify you.

How will my order be packaged? We like to try and do our bit for the environment, and with this in mind, we use recycled materials which will not cause harm to your insects. Your package will be clearly labelled, insulated (during cold spells), provided with adequate ventilation, cushioned and appropriate food for your insects to ensure they arrive in perfect health.
