firstly their page is friendly and light hearted. I ordered a starter kit. It was very well packaged, the nymphs that came with it we well insulated. The things in the starter kit shows great thought has gone into it and that g&p actually care very much about their stick insects. Thank you. I will definitely be buying from you again!
Purchased a Hatchery and Nursery for my Daughters, initially just messaged to get some info, Gez was amazing very helpful and welcoming. The package arrived quickly and perfectly packed. G&P went above and beyond and even left a personal message for the girls and added extra surprises which made the experience that more exciting for them, the instructions provided were very clear and informative and we enjoyed setting up the hatchery, a extremely child friendly experience and would highly recommend to anyone who has children, the girls love the responsibility of having to care for stick insect eggs and are checking every morning to see if they can see any nymphs being hatched. In regard to price for the information and equipment you get I believe it’s extremely affordable and a great way to get into the hobby. Also very much appreciate the time taken to help with any questions and advice when asked after we set up. Will definitely be supporting and purchasing again.
